Printella Bankhead
Founder | Chief
Printella Bankhead is the visionary founder and President of EBS Security, Inc., bringing over 35 years of experience and extensive specialized training in the security industry. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Florida State College at Jacksonville and has dedicated her career to creating safer communities through proactive, professional security solutions.
In 2002, Ms. Bankhead established EBS Security, Inc. in response to the growing need for high-quality, dependable security services in Jacksonville, Florida. Her mission: to provide peace of mind and protection for people at home, at work, and throughout the community. Under her leadership, EBS Security has grown into a trusted provider of armed and unarmed security services, with a reputation for excellence, integrity, and reliability.
As President and CEO, Ms. Bankhead oversees day-to-day operations and leads the company’s strategic planning with a clear focus on continued growth and national expansion. Her leadership philosophy centers on professionalism, accountability, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
But Ms. Bankhead’s impact reaches far beyond the security industry.
She is also a motivational speaker, certified life coach, mentor, and author who is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential. Among her most notable accomplishments is coaching an 80-year-old woman through the successful completion of a Doctorate in Ministry — a testament to her dedication and belief that it’s never too late to reach your goals.
Ms. Bankhead has partnered with organizations such as Job Corps of Jacksonville and the Boy Scouts of America, mentoring youth and providing hands-on training to students interested in careers in criminal justice and public safety.
In her book, “Staying on Course in Business and Life,” she shares practical wisdom and inspiration drawn from her personal and professional experiences. Her advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is simple but powerful:

Belinda
Human Resources Manager | Quality Control & Safety Manager
Belinda has been a vital member of the EBS Security team since 2011, serving as Human Resources Manager and overseeing Quality Control and Safety Management. With a strong background in both people operations and workplace safety, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s culture, training programs, and compliance standards.
Belinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, equipping her with deep insight into employee development, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.

Captain of Operations
With over 22 years of supervisory experience in the security industry — and more than 15 years of dedicated service at EBS Security — Captain Anthony is a cornerstone of the company’s operations team. As Captain of Operations, he plays a critical leadership role in ensuring daily field operations run smoothly and effectively.
Anthony is responsible for overseeing security patrols, managing team performance, and maintaining strong communication with both staff and clients. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of client needs make him a trusted point of contact for new and existing partnerships.
Known for his loyalty, professionalism, and unwavering work ethic, Anthony leads by example — ensuring every member of the EBS team is aligned with the company’s mission to deliver excellence in safety and service.

Austin
Private Investigator | Social Media Manager | Content Creator
Austin is a United States Marine Corps veteran with a distinguished background in law enforcement, security, executive protection, private investigations, and the film industry, Austin brings unparalleled expertise and real-world insight to every engagement. Over the past three years, he has prioritized dismantling human trafficking networks, reuniting victims with their families, and conducting critical missing persons investigations.
Film & Media Experience
Austin maintains a credited presence in the film and entertainment industry, where he has been engaged as a consultant, advisor, and technical expert. He has also worked as a cinematographer, director, and actor.
This dual role in investigation and media enables him to bridge the gap between cinematic portrayal and factual veracity.
He also specializes in surveillance and counter-surveillance for insurance and workers’ compensation claims, and conducts covert surveillance / field investigations for law firms. Internationally, he serves in missionary outreach—teaching self-defense, providing humanitarian assistance, and supporting underserved communities.
